The Loon Mountain Freestyle Team offers programs for intermediate and experienced skiers who have a desire to learn to ski moguls better, do advanced jumps and compete in United States Ski Association (USSA) sanctioned competitions around the Northeast. Their goal is to enhance these children's abilities, teach them safety and, hopefully, have lots of fun. A staff of highly experienced coaches focuses on developing the team members in multiple freestyle disciplines, promoting camaraderie, and creating an enjoyable skiing and athletic atmosphere. It all adds up to a great time on and off the slopes.

The team is currently soliciting recommendations for scholarship candidates. Applications and recommendations for the scholarships should be submitted to the Team's President, Mike Fontaine.
